Edith June Petty

Edith Petty, 83, of Decatur, passed away on Saturday April 12, 2014. She was born in Smyrna, to the late Floyd and Annie McWilliams. She retired from the John H. Harland Company as a proofreader. She was a member of The Way Of The Cross Baptist Church in McDonough, GA. Edith is predeceased by her husband, James Petty and survived by her sons; Buster Royals, Mike Royals and Larry and Noelle Royals, granddaughter; Marie Carr: grandsons, Ben and Ethan Carr. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM on Tuesday April 15th in the chapel of A.S. Turner and Sons. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM at A.S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory.
