Edna Moore White passed away on Tuesday, February 26th, after a two year battle with cancer. Her smile was a beacon through it all. She lived her entire adult life in N.E. Atlanta where she raised her family, worked and volunteered in the community. She is survived by her husband of sixty years, Charles E. White; sons, Terry White and Glenn White; daughters-in-law, Michele White and Jean White. Mrs. White was blessed with four grandchildren, Deidra Langstaff, Christopher White, and his wife, Amy, Tyler White and Mark Coppage. She is also survived by her sisters, Sara Kate Clark, Ellen Edwards, Martha Jane Hanington, Lanell Traylor and her brother, Hudson Moore. Her precious loves were her three great-grandchildren, Burch Langstaff, Liza Langstaff, and Smith Langstaff. Her extended family and friends will also miss her greatly. The family will receive visitors on Thursday, February 28th at A.S. Turner & Sons, 2773 N. Decatur Rd., Decatur, GA 30033, from 6:30 to 8:30 P.M. Services will be held Friday, February 29th, at 11:00 A.M., in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons. Interment will be at Floral Hills Memory Gardens. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cancer Survivors Fund at Dekalb Medical Center Foundation, 2701 N. Decatur Rd, Decatur, GA 30033. A. S. Turner & Sons
