Elbis Cosmos Giovinazzo

Elbis Cosmos Giovinazzo, age 93, passed away peacefully at home on October 18, 2017. Born in Canton, Ohio, May 31, 1924, Ellie was the beloved daughter of the late Magdalene and Harry Cosmos who instilled in her a deep pride of her Greek heritage. Ellie was a warm, friendly, bright, vivacious, caring and compassionate woman who earned the affection of each person fortunate enough to become a part of her world. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Ellie is survived by her cherished and loving husband, Dominic, grateful daughters Dalene (Blair) Pride (Pickerington, OH) and Cindy (Tom) Wichser (Dunwoody, GA), grandchildren Dallan Hoppe, Damian Hoppe, Colleen Wichser Meehan, Lauren Wichser, and great-grandsons Dominic and Christian Hoppe.

A funeral mass will take place at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 2500 Clairmont Rd, Atlanta, GA, Wednesday, October 25th, at 10:00 a.m. Burial immediately following at the Georgia National Cemetery, Canton, GA, at 1:00 p.m. Funeral arrangements by A.
