Eleanor Louise Clark

Eleanor C. Clark, of Decatur, died December 31, 2012, at age 88. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert H. Clark, and her parents. T. B. Clarkson and Louise Clarkson Walker. She attended the University of Georgia, where she was a member of Alpha Omicron Pi sorority and was active in the alumni association. She retired after twenty five years service with the administrative staff of the Civil Engineering Department of Georgia Tech. She was an Episcopalian and was a member of its Order of the Daughters of the King. She served five thousand hours as a volunteer at DeKalb Medical Center. She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Dr. T. B. and JoAnn Clarkson of Clemmons NC; sister and brother-in-law, Jean and David Gilreath of Good Hope; three nieces and four nephews. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Eleanor Clark may be made to Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, 515 E. Ponce de Leon Ave, Decatur GA 30030.
