Elizabeth B. Waters of Atlanta passed away on Friday June 14, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh D. Waters and is survived by her daughters, Patricia Angel and Janet Samford; sister, Jeanette Smallwood; brother, Ralph Roberson. Also surviving are four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Monday June 17th in the chapel of A. S. Turner and Sons with Dr. Frank Crumpler officiating with burial at Westview Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at A. S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory.
