Elizabeth “Libby” Lacy, age 56, of Decatur died Tuesday, June 9, 2009. She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Margaret Lacy of Atlanta; brothers, John B. Lacy and Art Lacy; uncle, Homer Blincoe; one niece; and several cousins. A memorial service will be held Sunday, June 21st at 2 p.m. at Decatur Heights Southern Baptist Church, 735 Sycamore Dr., Decatur, GA 30030. A. S. Turner & Sons
