Elizabeth Russell

Elizabeth Phillips Russell (Betsy) was 94 years old when she passed away peacefully in her sleep at 6:00AM on June 17, 2024.

Betsy was born December 14, 1929, in Richmond Virginia.

She is survived by her children Anne Johnston, Joan Pulliam, and James Pulliam.

Her youngest Bill Pulliam preceded her in death 7 years ago at 56 years old of cancer. Betsy assisted in raising her four grandchildren and welcomed one great granddaughter before her passing. Betsy was deeply loved by her family and friends.

Her kindness and caring spirit will truly be missed. We love and miss you, Nana!
