Ethel Amelia Mulbarger

Ethel A. Mulbarger, 91 of Kissimmee FL, formerly of Atlanta GA, passed away on Saturday, August 6, 2016. She was a retired Lt. Colonel in the Salvation Army, working in the legal department. She relocated to Kissimmee after retirement, where she has lived for the past 25 years. She is survived by her brother, David E. Mulbarger of Kissimmee, FL and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at the Salvation Army Temple Corps in Atlanta at 10:00 am on Thursday, August 11, 2016. Interment will follow at Westview Cemetery. The family will receive friends the hour prior to the service. A.S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory in charge of arrangements.
