Evelyn Feckoury

Evelyn Feckoury of Tucker died Monday, August 29, 2005.  She was a member of St. Elias Antiochian Orthodox Church.  During World War II, she worked for Bell Aircraft in Marietta.  Later as an entrepreneur, she was in the ice cream business, the travel business, and real estate.  She is survived by her brother, Mr. George Feckoury and his wife Grace of Grayson; nephews, Thomas F. Williams, Kevin G. Feckoury, G. Bradford Feckoury; niece, Valerie F. Scott; and a number of cousins, great nieces, & great nephews.   Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 31, at 11:00 am at St. Elias Antiochian Orthodox Church.  Father Michael Evans will officiate.  Interment will be at Westview Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Building Fund at St. Elias Antiochian Orthodox Church.  The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm, with Trisagion prayers at 7:00 pm, Tuesday evening at A. S. Turner & Sons.
