Rev. Felix Earl Snipes, born December 20, 1933, entered into the eternal presence of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on June11, 2010. He is at home. He lived and has finished his life well. Rev. Snipes served fifty-nine years in fulltime ministry combining message, music and magic. He had been a member of the First Baptist Church of Atlanta for 47 years. His life will be remembered and celebrated by his friends and family. Rev. Snipes is survived by his wife, Patsy; son and daughter-in-law, Larri and Amy Snipes; daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Frank Vogel; son and daughter-in-law, Stan and Ashley Snipes; eight grandchildren, and one great granddaughter. A celebration of his life will be held at the First Baptist Church of Atlanta on Saturday, June 19 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation of friends and loved ones will be held at 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. in the Visitors Center of the First Baptist Church of Atlanta.
