Mr. Forrest E. Kelley, Sr., age 87, of Doraville, GA died Thursday, May 13, 2010. Mr. Kelley was a fighter pilot in World War II, retired Lt. Col. from the Coast Guard Reserve and a retired DeKalb County Police Officer. He was a member of the Silver Wings and Assistant Director of the Shriner’s Staff. He was Past Master of Glenwood Hills Masonic Lodge#703 F.&A.M. Mr. Kelley was a member of Peachcrest Christian Church. He is survived by Frances Fallon; daughter, Sharen fair of Barnesville, GA; sons, Jim Kelley of Griffin, GA, Forrest Eugene Kelley, Jr. of Hampton, GA; four grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Sunday, May 16, 2010 in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons at 3:00 P.M. with Rev. Chuck Baggest officiating. Interment Dawn Memorial Park.
