Frances Ann Sechler

Frances Ann McGinn Sechler, 89, died September 6, 2005 at her home in Stone Mountain, Georgia.  Mrs. Sechler was born and raised in Savannah, Georgia and lived in the Atlanta area since her marriage in 1934.  She has gone to join her beloved husband of 62 years, Conrad J. Sechler, Sr. who predeceased her in 1996. Mrs. Sechler is survived by her daughter, JoAnn S. Drane of Duluth, Georgia; her son, Conrad J. Sechler, Jr. of Atlanta; and two granddaughters; Margaret Orr of Savannah, Georgia and Tammy Hannah of Hartwell, Georgia.  Mrs. Sechler also is survived by 5 great grandchildren and two nephews. Funeral services will be held in Westview Abbey at 11 a.m. Friday, September 9th, Dr. Dave Kivett and Dr. Richard A. Dodds officiating.  In lieu of flowers, those desiring may send donations to the American Cancer Society or the charity of their choice in remembrance of Mrs. Sechler. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
