Mrs. Frances E. Barnes, 82 of Lithonia, died October 1, 2012. She was predeceased by her husband George Washington Barnes and is survived by her sons, George Barnes, Terry Bruce Barnes, David Allen Barnes and William Kevin Barnes and her daughter, Sherri Lynn Barnes.Memorial services will be held at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, October 9t, 2012 in the chapel of A. S. Turner and Sons with Rev. Larry Burgess officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday 6-7 p.m. at A. S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory, Decatur.
