Mrs. Frances Gaynell Kitchens Holloway Quinn, 72, of Atlanta, died Tuesday, May 18, 2010 after 10 years of struggling with cervical cancer. She attended Jackson High School in Jackson, GA. She retired after thirty-five years of service with the United States Postal Service. She was preceded in death by her oldest daughter, Violet Lynn Holloway-Hickox who passed away in 2006 from cervical cancer. She is survived by her husband of forty-six years, Donald Ray Quinn, Atlanta; children, Valerie Holloway-Simons, Atlanta, Vickie Holloway-Bastian, Decatur; Donna Quinn-Bates and her husband Henry, Suwanee; Ron Holloway, East Point; and sister, Betty Darnell and her husband, Cliff, Flovilla, GA; son-in-law, Raymond Hickox, Jonesboro; grandchildren, Jennifer Hickox- Rivera and her husband Jose, Olive Branch, MS, Vanessa Hickox-Selig and her husband Chris, Smyrna, Christopher Hickox, Atlanta, Nicolas Hickox and his wife Margarita, Jonesboro, John Holloway, Ridgeville, S.C., Michael and Daryl Bastian, Decatur, Tallulah Bates, Suwanee; seven great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. A public viewing will be held at A.S.
