Frances Marie “Grammie” Duncan, 84, of Decatur died Wednesday, November 12, 2008. Mrs. Duncan born on November 17, 1923, was the daughter of Claude Allen and Carrie Mae Mullinax. She is survived by her daughters, Carla Hardwick of Atlanta, Claudia Roberts of Lilburn; brother, Russell Allen of Eatonton; sister, Madeline Whitworth of Douglasville; two granddaughters, Carrie Roberts Huffman of Port Richey, FL, Jennifer Roberts Lewow of Atlanta; and one great granddaughter, Brooke Elizabeth Huffman of Port Richey, FL; and her beloved cat, Petey. Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 15th at 1:00 P.M. in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons with Rev. Phil Connell officiating. Interment Marietta Campground Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 P.M. Friday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
