Frances Olline Bush

Mrs. Olline M. Bush of Decatur died Friday, August 22, 2008. She was the founder and former director of a successful pre-school, Canterbury School, (1955-2006) originally located in the Virginia- Highlands. She loved international travel and gardening. Mrs. Bush was a member of Clairmont Hills Baptist Church and the Friendship Force of Atlanta. She is survived by her son, Maurice Lee Bush of Decatur; daughter, Gayle Bush Holcomb; son-in-law, Bud Holcomb III; and grandson, Brandon Holcomb, all of Winston, GA; and sister, Myrtle Wells. Mrs. Bush can best be remembered by seeing the world through the eyes of a child; .and her favorite saying was “ a little child can just make your day”. The funeral service will be held in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons at 2 p.m. Monday, August 25^th, Pastor Billy Mullis officiating. Burial will follow in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Judes Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
