Mr. George Christman Bingaman, IV, of Lilburn died Sunday, September 20, 2009. He was born September 15, 1955 to George C. Bingaman, III and Freda Roan Bingaman. A true Renaissance man, Mr. Bingaman was a Fellow of the Mythic Imagination Institute and a graduate of Applied Mythology program through the Open Center in New York. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 23 years, Kathleen Pope Bingaman; daughter, Laura Petitt; father, George Bingaman, III and sister, Debra Romas. A celebration of George’s life will be held Friday, September 25th at 7:00 P.M. in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons. Rev. Dennis Jones will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be in George’s memory to the American Heart Association or the Mythic Imagination Institute.
