George Robert (Bobby) Womack

George Robert (Bobby) Womack of Decatur died Monday, September 13, 2004.  He was a member of Glen Haven Baptist Church and worked as a Master Plumber who started working in the craft when he was in his teens.  He is survived by his wife, Nancy George Womack of Decatur, GA; children by marriage, Alexandra George, Gwendolyn George; children, Robert Womack, Cristan Womack & Tina Womack; mother, Gloria Ann Marlowe of McDonough, GA; father, Ken Womack of Hanceville, AL; sister and brother-in-law, Stacie & Steve Velliquette of Marietta, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Scott & Suzanne Womack of Smyrna, GA; and several nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Wednesday, September 15, 2004 at the chapel of A. S. Turner and Sons with Rev. Ralph Easterwood, Dr. J. Don Aderhold and Rev. Warren Green officiating. Those desiring may send contributions to the American Cancer Society or the American Lung Association.  The family will receive friends from 5 to 9 PM Tuesday and 11 AM to 2 PM Wednesday at A. S. Turner and Sons.
