Gerry Mcswain Bartlett

Mrs. Gerry McSwain Bartlett, 73, of Atlanta, went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, February 6, 2008.  She was a former nurse at Piedmont Hospital and a long-time member of Woodland Hills Baptist Church.  Gerry was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Walter Dewey Bartlett, Sr. and her daughter, Sherilyn Moore.  She is survived by her daughter, Terri Askren and her husband Kevin; son, Walter D. Bartlett, Jr. and his wife Kim; grandchildren, William Eskandari, Jordan Morris, Brett Moore,  Ashley White; two great grandchildren; sisters, Lynda G. McSwain, Dianne Hutto; and several nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog, Mickey.  Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, February 10th in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons with Rev. Larry Camp officiating.  Interment will be at Resthaven Gardens of Memory.  The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. Saturday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
