Glenda Jean Smith

Glenda Jean Smith passed away on December 4th, 2023. Glenda was a long-time resident of Avondale Estates, GA and retired from the VA Hospital after 40+ years od dedicated service.

Glenda is survived by her brother, Ronnie Smith and sister-in-law, Connie Smith of Woodstock, GA, several nieces and nephews and lifelong friend, Dianne Ergle. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Laurie Smith and brother, Alvin Smith of Conyers, GA.

A funeral service is scheduled for Friday, December 8, 2023 at 1:00P.M. in the Chapel of A.S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home and Crematory - 2773 N. Decatur Rd Decatur, GA 30033. The family will receive friends from 12:00P.M. until the hour of the service. Interment will follow at Turner Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will accept flowers or in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice in Glenda's name.
