Gloria J. Real

Ms. Gloria Jones Real passed away at Hospice Atlanta on October 22, 2010 after having a stroke on October 5, 2010. She was born in Berry, Alabama in 1937. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. H. Clark Real. She is survived by her son, Zachary C. Real and daughter-in-law, Angela Schillaci Real, her three grandsons, Graham, Alfred, and Jasper, her daughter, Endsley Real and her partner, Joan F. Campitelli, one brother, Dean Jones of Berry, AL, two sisters, Hazel Vilas of Vernon, AL, and Evelyn Tucker of Sacramento, CA and many niece’s, nephew’s and close friends. Funeral services will be held at A. S. Turner & Sons on Monday, October 25th at 11:00am. Ms. Real will be buried in Detroit, AL on Wednesday, October 27th. Contributions may be made to Georgia Libraries for Accessible Statewide Services (GLASS), 1150 Murphy Avenue, SW, Atlanta, GA 30310. Friends are invited to visit with the family at A.S. Turner & Son’s Funeral Home, 2773 North Decatur, Rd., Decatur, GA on Sunday, October 24th from 5pm to 7pm.
