Gloria M. Willingham was a beloved mother, sister, and friend who touched the lives of many with her kindness, strength, and unwavering love. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Frank E. Willingham, with whom she built a lifetime of cherished memories.

Gloria dedicated 25 years of service to Dekalb County Public Safety, where she made a lasting impact on her colleagues and community. A passionate sports fan, she never missed an opportunity to cheer for her beloved Atlanta Braves, Atlanta Falcons, and Georgia Bulldogs.

She is survived by her loving children, William Alan Willingham (Heidi) and Judy Struzynski (Tim); her best friend, Joan Blackwell, who was like a sister to her, her sisters, Gwendlyn Buice (Randall Buice, preceded in death) and Christy Brey (Dean). Gloria was preceded in death by her brother, John Mathews, and her sister, Donna Chadwick (Kenneth).

Her warmth, laughter, and unwavering support will be deeply missed by all who knew her. While our hearts are heavy with sorrow, we find comfort in knowing that her spirit will always remain with us.

A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
