Gwendolyn H. Dodd

Mrs. Gwendolyn H. Dodd of Snellville, GA passed away September 11, 2005.  Born in Macon, GA in 1934, a graduate of DeKalb College and retired in 1991 from the Coca Cola Bottler's Association.  She has recently resided in Snellville, GA, but a proud resident of Georgia her entire life.  She is survived by her daughter & son-in-law, Gail & Allan Merz of Kennesaw, GA; her son and daughter-in-law, Francis M. and Suzanne Arnau, IV of Snellville, GA; step-sons, Johnny and Dianne Dodd of McDonough, GA, Jerry and Julie Dodd of Oakwood, CA, Phillip Dodd of Hilton Head, SC; her sister, Patricia Fewell of Decatur, GA; nine grandchildren, Virginia Adair, Laura Adair, Francis M. Arnau, V, Katelyn Arnau, Anna Arnau, Christy Dodd McCall, Mike Dodd, Brittany Dodd, Cody Dodd, ; and five great grandchildren, Hayleigh McCall, Carleigh McCall, Ansleigh McCall, Evan Dodd and Carson Dodd.  Gwen was an active member of the Design for Living Group, the WOW's of Woodberry in Snellville, GA and the First Baptist Church of Decatur, GA.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society at 1-800-ACS-2345.  Viewing will be held from 7-9 pm on Tuesday, September 13, at A. S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home in Decatur, GA.  Memorial Service will be held at the First Baptist Church Decatur at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 14, 2005.  A. S. Turner & Sons.
