Hal Spencer Foster

Hal Spencer Foster, a friend of Bill W., died March 20, 2015. Hal is survived by his wife, Lisa Burk Foster; his son and daughter-in-law Patrick and Angela Foster and their children, Sophia and Penelope; daughter and son-in-law Alisha and Christopher Lopez; daughter and son-in-law, Cappi and Mark Arneson and their children, Morgan, Ashley and Reagan. Hal was born in Columbia, South Carolina in 1943, is a graduate of The University of South Carolina, and served his country in the U. S. Army. Hal was an entrepreneur and started Foster and Associates, Inc. Insurance Agency in Atlanta in 1976. Hal's love, friendship and council will be missed by many. A Celebration of Life service will be held 2 p.m., Sunday, March 29, 2015 with a reception to follow at Living Grace Lutheran Church, with Pastor David Hardy officiating. For those desiring, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Biscayne Room, 3659 Clairmont Rd., Atlanta, GA 30341. A. S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory.
