Hardin George Sexton

Hardin G. Sexton went to be with the Lord Saturday, April 5, 2008.  Mr. Sexton was born February 22, 1921 in Tuscaloosa, AL.  He was a World War II Army Air Corps Veteran and was later employed with Gordon Foods/Sunshine Biscuit.  He moved to Decatur, GA in 1952 and was a member of North Decatur United Methodist Church for 56 years.  He is preceded in death by his wife, Leanna Gunter Sexton.  He is survived by his children, Alto Ruth Neese, Lamar Sexton, and Annis McCollum.  He is also survived by his eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.  The family will be receiving visitors at A. S. Turner & Sons on Sunday, April 6, 2008 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.  Funeral services will be at North Decatur United Methodist Church Monday, April 7, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. A. S. Turner & Sons
