Mrs. Harriet L. Arrington, 83, of Doraville, GA died Saturday, January 9, 2010. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Atlanta. She also was an avid gardener, a loving mom, grandmother and great grandmother. Mrs. Arrington is survived by her children, Brenda Ashmore of Cumming, Mike Mullin of Tallassee, AL, Cindy Shaw, of Ooltewah, TN, Sandy Moore of Loganville; grandchildren, Michalyn Davis of Pike Rd., AL, Amanda Greene of Ringold, Brett Moore of Loganville, Don Mullin of Tallassee, AL, Daniel Moore of Loganville; step grandchildren, Stacey Scarbrough, Terri McGee; great granddaughters, Reed Davis, Abigail Green; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Monday, January 11th at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons with Rev. Geral Spicer officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 1101 Northchase Pkwy. #1, Marietta, GA 30067. The family will receive friends from 11:00 A. M. to 2:00 P.M. Monday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
