His sharp wit, unmatched storytelling skills, and deep compassion touched everyone who knew him. He authored the beloved mafia crime novel Mercy Row, captivating readers with tales of loyalty, family, and the street-smart soul of the city he called home.

Off the page, Harry was even more legendary. He was the devoted husband of Duoc Hallman, proud father of Bill and Nancy, and doting grandfather to Ava Hallman. Harry is survived by his loving wife Duoc, his children Bill and Nancy, granddaughter Ava, and countless friends, readers, and admirers who will forever treasure the joy he brought into their lives.
