Helen E. Scroggs

Miss Helen E. Scroggs of Decatur, GA passed away Sunday February 27, 2011. She was a longtime member of Baptist Tabernacle before becoming a member of Rehoboth Baptist Church. She is a member of Ruth Sunday School Class. Miss Scroggs retired from Sheltering Arms Daycare Center after 35 years of service. She is survived by her nieces Hazel Ivey, Cornelia, Ann Peugh, McDonough, Mary Owen, Oakwood, Charlene Nix, Smyrna, Cheryl Smith, Mableton, Elaine Bentley, Dallas, & Sherri Tomes, Dallas, GA. Nephew Leonard L. Smith, Eustis, FL. and friends Wynelle Walraven and Angel Palluso. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons. With Rev. Warren Redding officiating. Interment will be in Crestlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
