Helen Y. Dyer

Helen Y. Dyer, loving wife and mother, educator and master gardener passed away February 15, 2011 at Emory Eastside Hospital. She is survived by her husband, Roy E. Dyer, Jr., sons, Roy E. Dyer, III and Thomas Young Dyer; daughters in law, Dedra Dyer and Nancy Dyer and grandson, Luke Dyer; sisters, Wanda Bagwell and Melba Adams and brother, Thomas Young. The funeral service will be Friday, February 18th at 11 o'clock in the chapel of A. S. Turner & sons with the Reverend Dr. Paul Elliott officiating. Interment will follow at Westview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in memory of Helen Y. Dyer to the Gwinnett County Masters Gardeners Association care of Carole Teja 6282 Indian Field Norcross, GA. 30092 The family will receive friends Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m. at A. S. Turner & Sons.
