Hubert Johnson Rambo

Hubert Johnson Rambo, 81, passed away Saturday, October 25, 2014. He was born on August 9, 1933 in Atlanta, GA to the late Henry McIntosh and Bessie Miller Rambo. He is survived by a son, Alan S. Rambo and three grandchildren of Pearl City, Hawaii, and a brother, Raymond M. Rambo, Sr. of Chamblee along with a number of nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two sons, Bert Rambo and Kenney Rambo. After attending Georgia Tech, Mr. Rambo served his country serving in the US Army during World War II, and then spent his career working for the Southern Bell Telephone Company, retiring after 45 years of service. Funeral services for Mr. Rambo will be Tuesday, Oct. 28, at 2 p.m. at Shallowford Presbyterian Church in Atlanta. Visitation will be at the church one hour prior to the service. A. S.
