Hugh Van Eaton, Jr.

Hugh Van Eaton, Jr., age 63, of Tompkinsville, KY died Sunday, February 18, 2007 in Atlanta, GA.  He was in Atlanta attending the funeral of his aunt, Hazel D. Minor.  Born February 7, 1944 in Birmingham, AL, he was the son of retired Pastor Dr. Hugh Van Eaton, Sr. and Cora Kathleen Minor Eaton of Atlanta, GA.  Survived by one sister, Patricia Eaton Hill and brother-in-law, Dr. H. C. "Blue" Hill of Tompkinsville, KY, nieces, Stacey Spears of Lone Pine, LA and Christy Campbell of Borger, TX.   He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lake Charles, LA.  Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, February 22, in the chapel of A.
