J. B. Johnson

Mr. J. B. Johnson, 86, of Lawrenceville passed away from cancer on Wednesday, September 19, 2007. He was a beloved husband, daddy and granddaddy. J. B. worked for AAA Electric Motor Repair Service in the late 40's and early 50's. In 1955 he began working with McCullough ElectricMotor Repair Service and retired in 1995. J. B. was Past Master of Panthersville Masonic Lodge # 543, Past Worthy Patron of Panthersville Eastern Star Chapter #405, and he was presently a member of Grace Eastern Star Chapter #551. He is survived by his wife, Sylvia Lull Johnson; his daughters and son-in-law, Mary Ann and David Henderson, Sharon and Robert Matthews, and Debra and Bob Pelon; and his step-son, Ken Lull; his grandchildren, Christina and Jason Minyard, Sandy Henderson, Kristopher Porter, Brian and Katherine Pelon, and Chris and Jason Matthews. Services will be held in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons in Decatur, GA on Saturday, September 22, 2007 at 2:30 P.M. with Rev. Brandon Lail officiating. Interment Resthaven Gardens of Memory. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Friday and from 12:30 to 2:30 P.M. Saturday A. S. Turner & Sons.
