James Arnold Braddy

Mr. James A. Braddy of Decatur, Georgia, died December 28, 2009.  Mr. Braddy served his country in the United States Army and retired as a major after 22 years of service.  He was a member of the Belvedere United Methodist Church.  He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Doris Culverhouse Braddy, his son, John and his wife Julie Braddy; daughter, Pamela and husband Michael Odum; 4 grandchildren, sister, Juanita Benns.  The family will receive friends at A. S. Turner & Sons, Wednesday, December 30, 2009 from 5 to 8 P. M.  The family will also have a visitation at Edwards Funeral Home on Thursday, December 31 from 6 to 8 P. M. in Butler, Georgia.  Graveside services will be held at Butler Memorial Cemetery, January 1, 2010 at 1 P. M. with full military honors.  A. S. Turner & Sons
