James Emerson White

James Emerson White, 82, of Atlanta, GA passed away peacefully on April 12, 2014. He was born on October 9, 1931 in Atlanta, GA to Raleigh Ballard and Margaret Louise (Enloe) White. James proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and obtained his Law Degree from Mercer University. James worked in Environmental Protection for the State of South Carolina. Surviving is his sister, Louise White; nephew, Edwin Stearns and a niece, Vallie Stearns. A memorial service will be held on Thursday April 17, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel of A.S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home. A.S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory.
