Jean Graves Jordan

Jean Graves Jordan, beloved wife, mother and grandmother passed away May 25, 2014 at the age of 76. She traveled the world, and devoted her life to her family all of whom had just helped her celebrate her 50th wedding anniversary. Jean loved her work and worked 52 years with CDC in Atlanta and worked up until her death. She was preceded in death by her sister, Becky Graves Brindley and is survived by her husband, David Jordan; son, Jeffrey David Jordan, daughter, Karen Jordan and her first grandchild, Finley Monroe Jordan-Marsh, brother, John Graves and several nieces nephews and many friends. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday May 29, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Peachtree Baptist Church with Rev. Daniel Vestal and Rev. Ryan Carter officiating. In lieu of flowers those desiring may make donations to the church or the American Cancer society.
