Jesse Emanuel Barrow, Jr.

Jesse Emanuel Barrow, 94, passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by family and friends on September 28, 2022. Jesse was born in Biloxi, MS and grew up in Florida. A graduate of The University of Florida, he received his B.A. and his Master’s degrees in political science. He loved his Gators!

He is survived by his loving wife, Helen and his devoted daughter, Deveny Scanlan (Rick), grandchildren, Ryan (Kelley), Collin and Kelsey. He was also the proud great-grandfather of Sydney, Hudson and Parker.

Jesse was preceded in death by his wife and their son, Jay.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at 3:00 at the King’s Bridge Retirement Center. Internment will be at a later date.
