Jo Ann Fortner

Mrs. Jo Ann Fortner, 72, of Atlanta, GA, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 26, 2010, after a battle with cancer.  Mrs. Fortner is survived by her husband, Wayman L. Fortner of Atlanta; sons, Dr. Gregory L. Fortner of Statesboro, GA, Stephen L. Fortner of Atlanta, GA; daughter and son-in-law,  Jana and Mike Peerson of Grayson, GA; grandchildren, Corey Fortner, Michael & Chelsea Hagan, Cody Peerson, and Julianna Jo Peerson. Visitation for family and friends will be held Friday, August 27^th from 6 – 8 pm at A S. Turner & Sons.
