Joanna Farmer

Joanna Farmer, age 90, of Atlanta, Jekyll Island, Sautee-Nacoochee and most recently Decatur, died Wednesday October 24, 2018. She is survived by her children, David Farmer (Carol) Becky Lamb (Martin) and Dan Farmer (Becky) her grandchildren Marc Farmer, Gina Thimme, Laura Williams, Joanna Lamb Booth, Calder Lamb, Kenneth Farmer, Rachel Farmer, her great-grandchildren Andrew Farmer and Braydon Thimme and her sister Phyllis Schmuck. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Farmer .Known for her kind ways, beautiful smile and unwavering faith, Joanna was always happiest when surrounded by her family. She brought joy to others and will be remembered with much love. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Longleaf Hospice Foundation (www.longleafhospice.com.).
