Joe Jean Moss

Mr. Joe Gene Moss, age 77, of Conyers, GA died Monday, November 8, 2004. He was born in Hart Co and was employed by Cudahy for 33years. He retired in 1991 from Greenwood Packing Co. Mr. Moss was a member of the Bio Baptist Church in Bowman, GA and Past Master of Glenwood Hills Masonic Lodge #703 F. & A. M. He is survived by his wife, Barbara "Bobbie" Moss; daughters, Debbie & Bill Flowers of Lavonia, GA, Donna Howard of Gainesville, FL,  Theresa & Mike Sutton of Dacula, GA, Julia & James Mellinger of Houston, TX; sister, Mrs. Buford (Charlotte) Hall of Snellville, GA; five grandchildren, Krista and Justin Flowers and Colin, Ryan and Peyton Sutton; sisters-in-law, Kathleen (Mrs. G. W.) Moss of Atlanta, Rachel Moss Smith (Mrs. Perry Moss, Jr.) of Royston, GA; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons at 11 a.m. Thursday, November 11th, Dr. Bob Browning and Rev. Ken Sirmans officiating. Burial will follow in the Bowman Cemetery, Bowman, GA at 2:30 p.m.. Turner & Sons.
