John Richard Harris

March 13, 1943 — September 26, 2008

John Richard Harris of Clarkston, GA died Friday, September 26, 2008.

He was the youngest of eight children, who have all predeceased him. He is also preceded in death by his parents, Louis Harris and Coma Bishop Harris. Mr. Harris was a man of several trades and worked in the Clarkston area.

He was also very passionate about ClarkstonHigh School sports. He will be remembered for his caring ways and love for family and friends. Mr. Harris is survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and many friends. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 30^th at 11:30 A.M. in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons with Rev. Jody Vickery officiating. Interment will be at EastviewCemetery. Those desiring may send contributions to The Clarkston High School Booster Club in his memory, 618 N.
