John Stuart Worrell passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2019, at 8:11 pm. He was born on September 15, 1959, in Atlanta, Georgia. John was raised and educated in Atlanta, Georgia. He graduated from St. Pius X High School and the University of Georgia. He attended Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Atlanta.
He is survived by his: wife, Khamhou B. Worrell; son, Seamus L. Worrell; mother, Karen R. Worrell; sister, Enid L. Sullivan and her husband, Kevin M. Sullivan; brother, M. Joseph Worrell; nephew, R. Kuri Carter; and niece, Zoe S. De Fino and her husband, Eric De Fino.
John was preceded in death by his father, Cornelius J. Worrell.
A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 29, 2019, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 2855 Briarcliff Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30329.
