John Thomas Reeves

Mr. John Thomas Reeves, age 85, of Atlanta died Tuesday, September 2, 2008. Mr. Reeves retired as Warehouse Foreman for Sylvania Light Bulbs. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Reeves and Mabel Pinnell Reeves; and sister, Leila Reeves Everett. He is survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, Emory and Virginia Reeves, Frank and Dolle Reeves; and many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Funeral services will be held at Clairmont Hills Baptist Church at 11 a.m. on Thursday, September 4^th, Rev. Brian Shuler officiating and with a tribute by Rev. Fred Pitts. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gideons International, P. O. Box 724, Fairburn, GA 30213. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
