Josephine Vereen Roberson

Josephine Vereen Gore Roberson, 65, of Lawrenceville, passed away Friday, February 26, 2016. Born in Cedartown, GA, May 25, 1950, she was the daughter of Betty Lou Moore Gore and the late Nelson Vereen Gore. Josephine enjoyed spending time at the beach, in the mountains, and with her family and two parrots.

She is survived by her loving husband of over 10 years, C. Dale Roberson, Jr.; mother, Betty Lou Moore Gore; brother, Jeff Gore; sister, Annette Lewis; and many more family and friends.

A celebration of Josephine's life will be held at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, February 28, 2016 in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home with Chaplain T.J. McGiffert officiating.
