Juanita Lorraine Goodale

God received a good one up in Heaven as Juanita Perez Goodale passed away on November 9, 2021. She lived in Decatur, Georgia. Her age was 75 and she had the spirit of a much younger version of herself complete with the flair for colorful outfits and a love for tasty food no matter what type of food. The love she had for her family was unwavering and she wouldn't have had it any other way. She was spunky, loving, impatient, caring, and fun, eager to go to the next holiday barbeque on some beautiful day.

Our family will host a Covid safe Memorial Service for our Mother in the very spacious St Thomas More Catholic Church per her wishes. Masks are required. The parish will easily accommodate socially distant seating during the service and the indoor/outdoor reception room & area after the Memorial Service has access to fresh air for mourners if anyone requires further distancing safety measures. Although we are still in a pandemic, the service will go ahead as she wished and we will Live Stream it for those who are not in the area and who wish to participate.

The Memorial Service for Juanita "Wani" Goodale will be: November 22, 2021 - 10:00am - St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 636 W. Ponce De Leon Ave, Decatur GA 30030. Parking is available in the front of the church near the entry doors and also along the street.
