Julian Bennett Brock

Mr. Julian B. Brock, 86, of Stone Mountain died Wednesday, December 31, 2008.  Julian, the son of the late Hugh Oliver and Aline Brock, was one of 6 children and was preceded in death by his brothers, Hugh, Charles, and George Brock. He served his country in the U. S. Navy during World War II.  Julian was a member of the American Legion, Harold Byrd Post.  He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Kenna M. Brock; children, Linda Thrift, Lee Jordan-Anders, Kent Jordan, Larry Jordan; 8 grandchildren; three great grand children; one brother, Gene Brock; one sister, Kathryn Niager, and nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 3, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. at A. S. Turner & Son with Rev. Dr. Barry Davies officiating.  Interment Floral Hills Memory Gardens.  Memorial gifts may be made to Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church General Fund, 5140 Memorial Dr., Stone Mountain, GA  30083.  Friends are invited to visit with the family one hour prior to the service on Saturday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
