Kenneth E. Rochester, 72, of Decatur and St. Elizabeth Jamaica died Wednesday, September 30, 2009. A Master Tailor, Mr. Rochester along with his wife owned and operated Rochester’s Custom Tailoring for almost three decades, before retiring to his beloved Jamaica. Surviving are his loving wife of 50 years Elaine Rochester; sons, Delwin Rochester, Ruan Rochester, Maurice Rochester; three grandsons; mother, Simonette A. Rochester; sister, Gloria Williams; brothers Derrik Rochester, Earl Rochester; and nieces and nephews.
