Lillian Norwood Saye

Lillian CokerMrs. Lillian Coker Saye, age 86, of Decatur died Friday, March 28, 2008. She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Ralph A. Saye and her son, Stephen B. Saye. Mrs. Saye was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother who also loved her music, her garden and her dog. She was a writer of poetry who discovered her talent late in life. She was a life long learner and always inquisitive. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Carol and Steve Higgins of St. Louis, MO, Linda and John Karr of Stone Mountain, Jean and Mike Blanchard of Decatur, Jan and John Cross of Lilburn; 13 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be announced later. Interment will be in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Tuesday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
