Linda Bain, 66, of Grayson, died January 27, 2010, after a courageous battle with cancer. A native of Rockwood, Tennessee, Mrs. Bain was a retired letter carrier from the U. S. Post Office in Stone Mountain, where she worked for 20 years. Linda was a wonderful mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, wife and friend. She loved life, her family and her friends and she will truly be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband, Randy Bain; daughter and son-in-law, Tessa and Darrin Neff of Loganville; son and daughter-in-law, Eric and Kim Jones of Dacula; step-daughter and husband, Angel and Steve Norbury of Weidman MI; seven grandchildren; sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Joe Cooper of Atlanta; one nephew. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 30, 2010, the family will receive friends 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at A.S. Turner and Sons with the funeral immediately following at held 3 p.m. in the chapel of A. S. Tuner and Sons with Dr. James Merritt officiating. Burial services to be held at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens in Snellville.
