Louise K. Crowe

Louise K. Crowe, age 99, passed away on Thursday Morning, January 2, 2014, after a long, healthy, and fulfilling life. Born on May 18, 1914, in Bogart, GA, she was predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Felton V. Crowe, and her sister, Mildred Kennon Carter of Athens, Ga. She is survived by 2 children, Kathy Ballar of Peachtree Corners, Ga and John Crowe Sr., of Amelia Island, FL as well as 4 grandchildren. She experienced many changes to the world in her 99 years and knew her way around a farm as well as an iPad. Her funeral will be Saturday, January 4, 2013 at 2 p.m. at A. S. Turner Funeral Home followed by internment at Floral Hills Cemetery in Tucker, Ga. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Clairmont Hills Baptist Church, 1995 Clairmont Rd. Decatur, GA. The family will host visitors for a visitation on Friday, January 3, 2014 from 6-8 p. m. at A.S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory.
