Lucius D. (Buck) Kendall

KENDALL-

Mr. Lucius D. (Buck) Kendall, 84, of Avondale Estates died Friday, April 22, 2005.  A veteran of World War II having served in the Army Air Corps, he retired after 37 years of service with the U. S. Postal Service.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Kendall of Avondale Estates; sons, Theron Kendall of Atlanta, GA, Martin Kendall of Marietta, GA; four grandchildren, David Kendall, Preston Kendall, Grant Kendall and Benjamin Kendall.  Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 25th at Melwood Cemetery with Dr. Mike Cash officiating.  In lieu of flowers, those desiring may send contributions to the American Cancer Society, 2200 Century Pkwy, Ste. 950, Atlanta, GA 30345.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday evening at A. S. Turner & Sons.
